Shipping Information
We take great care of packing and shipping. Each parcel is carefully packed and labeled by hand. You can choose your shipping method among 3 different kinds of shipping:
• EMS (Express Global Mail)
• Air Mail or
• Economy Air (SAL)
- EMS (Express Global Mail) provides insurance and a tracking number, delivery time is typically within 7 business days from receipt of payment.
- Air Mail provides no insurance and no tracking number, delivery time is approximately 7 - 12 business days.
- Economy Air (SAL) provides no insurance and no tracking number, delivery time is approximately 10 - 20 business days.
Shipping Dates
We usually ship the products in within 1 - 3 days from receipt of payment.
By shippings via EMS, we will provide you the tracking number with the URL to trace it, on the day of shipping. For other shipping methods we will attach a document of sending.

Delievery on a day to your convinience ?
We surely understand your wish, but unfortunately, we can't guarantee a day of delivery. Please make sure you order soon enough to receive your product on this specific day.
The product hasn’t arrived yet. I am concerned if something happened with my parcel.
If you have ordered via EMS please check the tracking number again. If you are still in doubt please contact your local post office by representing the EMS tracking number. For other shipping methods please contact your local post office by representing the document we provide you.
Can you declare the amount on the invoice lower so that I can save tax when importing?
We are sorry, but we cannot lower the amount or declare products as a gift. Since we are a company we need to truthfully declare our turnover and therefore cannot send a fake invoice. It will not help if we do not include the invoice because in that case your customs will define the value by their own research and it might be much higher than it would have actually been.
